1.2 Customization Workflow
- Online Consultation: Connect with our customer service team to discuss product specifications (color charts are available), dimensions, quantities, pricing, shipping methods, and production lead times.
- Design Submission & Revision: Clients provide original design assets. Our professional designers will create layout drafts and implement iterative revisions based on client feedback until final approval is met.
- Design Finalization & Order Confirmation: Once the final design scheme is approved by the client, the order confirmation and payment process will be completed.
- Production Scheduling: The manufacturing process is officially launched in strict accordance with the finalized and approved design blueprints.
- Manufacturing & Dispatch: Production will be completed according to the master schedule, followed immediately by shipping arrangements.
- Delivery Confirmation & Feedback: Clients inspect the goods upon receipt. If everything meets expectations, clients can confirm delivery and leave their feedback or evaluation.
1.3 Sample Development & Approval
- Sample Lead Time: The prototyping cycle for standard products typically takes 2–5 working days. For projects involving intricate structures, specialized materials, or new technique development, the lead time may be extended accordingly.
- Sample Fees: An initial sample development fee is charged for first-time prototyping. Once the official production order reaches the mutually agreed volume, this sample fee can be fully or partially refunded based on the cooperation terms.
- Sample Approval Mechanism: Once a sample is approved by the client, it serves as the absolute craftsmanship and quality benchmark for all subsequent mass production. Any later modifications to the design or technique will require a re-evaluation of development cycles and related costs.
2. Product Engineering & Production
2.1 Design & Layout Workflow
Every single product is rendered into professional digital blueprints by our graphic designers using industry-standard software such as CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator. These files are then used to fabricate precise templates via specialized laser equipment, combined with optimized materials to finish the product.
When submitting original artwork for custom orders, clients are highly encouraged to provide files in the following vector formats: PDF, AI, or CDR.
If only JPG images are available, please explicitly state the actual dimensions required or provide a 1:1 scale electronic draft to ensure absolute design accuracy.
3. Ordering & Transaction Framework
3.1 Order Confirmation & Payment Terms
Upon sample approval and formal order confirmation, the factory will initiate production schedules and allocate manufacturing resources. To ensure seamless workflow execution, a 30% advance payment (deposit) is generally required upon order confirmation to serve as production start-up capital.

6. Color Disclaimer

7. Intellectual Property & Non-Disclosure Terms
7.1 Design & Data Confidentiality
All design drafts, prototype samples, and related technical documentation supplied by clients are treated as strictly confidential information. Our company explicitly covenants that we will not disclose, leak, or utilize any such data with any third party without express prior written consent from the client.
7.2 Ownership of Intellectual Property (IP)
All original designs and associated intellectual property rights provided by the client remain exclusively vested in the client. Our factory is authorized to utilize these assets solely within the scope of the collaborative production agreement.
7.3 Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
